Pricing was good. Right next to a pizza place you can order food to the room. Room was small but larger than expected. (As a big and tall guy I only had minor challenges with the shower) No smoke was actually no smoke.

The restaurant making me founded the meaning of the breakfast. Leisure music , street seeing and simple food. I always order the 和食 for preparing my whole day. ( I was forgot to write the review before, so this time I write it down)

Room was as advertised. The bed and toilet were bigger than other hotels at the same price point. There are a few convenience stores around.

the cleaning service and trust for the staff has left me a really positive image of the hotel, with the staff when they see me would kind of greet me when i come through the doors.

Efficient, friendly check-in, with the APA card. Very good sized room for the price, and good location for the Koto-City. Convenience store around 50m down the road, very convenient! Loved the two large and two small bath towels, more than you usually get. Fast wifi, and a decent sized work area.

From the bathroom, to the bed, and the service and accommodation from the staff, everything was very good.
